Parent & Tot (3-6 yrs)

Wee yogis have so much fun posing beside their role models.  Fun music, props and creative partner poses will keep you both smiling as we discover yoga together!

Next sessions:

Preschool YOGA (4-7 yrs)

Music, books, props and creative poses are all used to keep your little Yogi happy and engaged as we learn how to move the body in sync with the breath.  We will learn how to use breath to self-regulate and how to stay mindful and calm.

Tween YOGA (9-15 yrs)

Time to take a break!  Leave your worries, stresses and phones at the door while we focus on moving the body in sync with the breath.  Teens will learn how to stay focused in the moment as they develop strength and flexibility in mind and body.

Family YOGA (*9-99 yrs)

Bring the family together for fitness-bonding time.  Yogis will be well-guided through all of the poses as we move through a gentle Vinyasa flow class.  The atmosphere is casual and non-intimidating. 

*Younger yogis are welcome if they are ready to participate within a group.

Mother/Daughter YOGA (9+yrs)

Connect and unwind together as you develop your core muscles, gain flexibility and increase concentration in a casual atmosphere.   Learn how to sync your mind, body and movements while surrounded by other mothers and daughters.

Gentle Flow for the Active 55+

This class is for fit seniors who have good mobility and good general health.  Expect to increase your flexibility and strengthen your core while releasing stress in the mind and body.   Suitable for all levels. 

Discover YOGA for Beginners

Be introduced to the basic poses of yoga in a safe and attentive environment.  The focus is on practicing correct alignment so that you will learn how to move into and release poses safely.  By the end of the program you will feel comfortable to join any yoga class.

Gentle Stretch & Tone for Hips and Backs

This is a calm, gentle class focused on stretching the hips and back while strengthening the core.  Expect to increase your flexibility and strengthen your core while releasing stress in the mind and body.   Suitable for all levels. 

Gentle Flow YOGA

Drop-in Available! Tuesdays at noon in the Motion Fitness Yoga Studio.

In this class poses flow fluidly from one to the next as we focus on moving our bodies in sync with our breath.  We enter poses in slow, mindful sequences to connect the mind, the body and the breath.

Expect to increase your focus, balance and core strength as you decrease stress levels and gain flexibility.Suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Drop-in Available! Mondays at 7 pm in the Motion Fitness Yoga Studio.

The focus of a Yin class is on stretching the connective tissues between your muscles and organs.  Props are used to help your body surrender into postures and then hold them for longer periods of time.  Most people find this class relaxing yet very effective.

Vinyasa Flow YOGA

This is a fitness-based yoga class.  Poses flow fluidly from one to the next as you move your body in sync with your breath.  No flexibility is required!  Expect to increase your focus, balance and core strength as you decrease stress levels and gain flexibility and mindfulness.   Suitable for all levels. 

Wine-Down Yoga

Arrive to a peaceful, gentle-flow class designed to help relieve stress.  Following the class you will have the opportunity to socialize with your classmates over a glass of wine and light snacks.   Suitable for all levels. 

Yoga in My School

Time to take a break!  After School you can leave your worries, stresses and phones at the door while we focus on having fun while we move the body in sync with the breath.  Students will learn how to stay focused in the moment as they develop strength and flexibility in mind and body.

Yoga for Home-Schoolers

Gypsy Souls Yoga partners with various venues to offer programs specifically for home-schooled students. We are registered with the Center for Home Learning so our classes qualify for home school subsidies.

Custom Yoga for your group

Gypsy Souls Yoga specializes in bringing yoga to where you need it. We can come to your home, your workplace or even rent studio space to accommodate your group. We will customize classes to suit your needs. Suitable for groups large and small.
